ingredients:
2 ripe mangos
4 tablespoons of honey
200 mL bucket of whipped cream
400 mL plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of sugar
crushed almonds (optional)
what to do:
1 - cube the mangos
2 - heat the honey and mango cubes in a frying pan
3 - roast the crushed almonds in a different frying pan
4 - mix the cream and the sugar until they are the same consistency as the yogurt
5 - mix the cream/sugar and the yogurt together
6 - add the mango cubes
7 - serve in a dessert cup or glass and garnish with roasted almonds on top
